DESCRIPTION

Accord’s design for the early 1900’s Gamma Phi Beta house at 318 Pearson Avenue in Ames, IA includes renovation at each floor and a small addition at the back of the building. The primary focus

was to improve student study/sleeping rooms, but also to improve the House Director’s apartment, the kitchen and the flow through the dining area. The addition blends in perfectly with the existing Tudor Revival style of the house.
