The Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare campus in Mason City provides counseling and treatment to many North Iowa residents experiencing a difficult battle with addictions.  This 25,000 square foot expansion of the existing campus building includes a new inpatient care wing for women, wellness center, lab, and improved outpatient facilities.  Accord's design redefined the entrance both aesthetically as well as the patient registration function. With deep overhangs and strong horizontal lines, the new addition embraces Mason City's Prairie School Architecture heritage.  This project was awarded the AIA People's Choice Award in the spring of 2018 and received an award for creativity in masonry from the Masonry Institute in 2018.
