Butler County commissioned Accord to work on this free-standing maintenance facility for their county equipment and trucks in 2011.  This building is 13,680 SF at the ground level plus a 2,300 SF mezzanine open to the equipment bays.  Included in this project is an 2,132 SF wash-bay for their trucks and large road equipment.  Ten overhead doors access six different equipment and wash bays.  Tilt-up style precast concrete wall panels with corrugation form a durable exterior skin for the building capable of handling water from rain and snow on the outside as well as water introduced from the washing of equipment inside.  This facility includes an office portion that is 1,826 SF for parts storage, vestibule, breakroom, and office space.  The mezzanine is constructed above the office.
