From 2006 to 2010, Accord Architecture renovated the existing Spencer Hospital in many ways.  These include renovations to the diagnostic imaging area for MRI, PET CT Scan, and a new Women's Center.  Other renovations designed by Accord include the inpatient rehab area, and pharmacy.  In 2009, Accord designed a renovation of the Abben Cancer Center at the north end of the hospital.
