DESCRIPTION

Like many Greek living houses on campus at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, the RHO Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta is an early 1900’s vintage house. Alterations must be made with care and respect to the age of the building. Accord’s design includes changes to the student bathrooms, improvements at the dining area and replacement of some windows while the overall character and appearance of the house remains unchanged.
