Accord's long-standing relationship with First Citizens National Bank, now known as First Citizens Bank, began in the 1990's on a bank project in Charles City, Iowa.  That project was followed by FCB's conversion of a former insurance building on the west side of Mason City into the FCB headquarters.  Accord's design work at this location included multiple projects.  Among these are the Heritage Club room remodel, Trust Department remodel, a renovation for The Blood Center of North Iowa, and then a "Welcome Home" portion of the bank.  Accord is currently working on a complete renovation of this entire building, including new entrance structures and drive-under canopy.  This will be bid and constructed in early 2019.
